| The
Web Services Business Unit |
| |
The Internet is easy to use and very effective in spreading information
rapidly. These two features have made the web an essential
tool in developing effective Employer Branding strategies.
The Web Services business unit at Cesop Communication specialises in job posting, email marketing and newsletter services. It runs recruiting microsites targeted at new graduates and young professionals.
In 2004, as part of its programme to develop a complete range of marketing and
communication services for graduates and young professionals, Cesop Communication
decided to increase its Web services. Cesop acquired Ex Machina software house,
a company specialized in software products for recruiting and human resource
management. The acquisition included the transfer to Cesop of Ex Machina's product
managers, consultants, systems analysts and programmers.
